Phase 1 is the online submission round of the hackathon. The project link to be submitted must include a google drive link with - 
1. A pitch deck of 5–7 slides only (must not exceed 7 slides)
2. A working prototype video or a Figma prototype link (optional)
3. A GitHub repository link (mandatory if applicable to the project)
4. Any supporting documents required to understand the solution

All submissions will be evaluated by the judging panel. Based on the evaluation, the top 8 teams per track will be shortlisted for Phase 2.

Online Submission Round

Phase 01

Phase 2 is the offline presentation and demonstration round. The top 8 teams per track, shortlisted from Phase 1, will be invited to present their projects in person at NSUT, Dwarka.

During this round, teams will:
1. Demonstrate their working solution
2. Present their idea and implementation
3. Answer questions from the judges

Final evaluations will be based on innovation, implementation, usability, and overall impact.

The **final date** for the second round is 7th February.
